Credit Card Migration

When does the card migration take place?
Beginning Thursday, September 16 – Monday, September 20, we will transition to an enhanced credit card website and loyalty program with the goal of providing you with a best-in-class experience.

Will I still be able to use my UHFCU card during the conversion?
Yes, you can continue using your University of Hawaii Federal Credit Union card, and continue earning points for your purchases, without interruption.

When can I enroll in the new Credit Card website?
Beginning Monday, September 20, you will need to enroll at the new Credit Card website, eZCardInfo.com, to access your credit card information.

Do I need to create a new rewards account?
Yes. Beginning Saturday, September 18, Platinum Plus cardholders can enroll in the new rewards website: ScorecardRewards.com
To create your account, you will need your:
- Credit card number
- Email address or Mobile Phone # associated with your account to verify identity

Will points from my existing rewards account be transferred to the new account?
Yes, any available points on your existing rewards account will be automatically included as part of your new rewards account. Please note, points from your current rewards account will not be available on 9/18 as it may take up to 30 days to reflect on your new rewards account.

Will I be able to make payments during the migration period?
Yes. However, payment services may be limited during the migration. We recommend making any payments before Thursday, September 16, if possible.
Payments scheduled through GoToMyCard will process and carry over to the new card management website (eZCardInfo.com). All other payment types (such as account transfers, over-the-counter payments, etc.) made during the migration will be processed after the migration and backdated for the intended payment date. Please allow up to 3 business days after migration for these payment modifications to be reflected.

When does the card migration take place?
*You will continue to earn points starting on the date of the migration. However, please be aware that it may take up to 30 days from September 18 for your existing rewards points to migrate over.
**Payments scheduled through GoToMyCard will process and carry over to the new card management website (eZCardInfo.com). All other payment types (such as account transfers, over-the-counter payments, etc.) made during the migration will be processed after the migration and backdated for the intended payment date. Please allow up to 3 business days after migration for these payment modifications to be reflected.
