Branch Services Representative (Teller)
The Branch Services Representative is an elite high member contact position assisting members by processing a wide variety of transactions using our brand new state-of-the-art software. This Branch Services position will assist members allowing you the opportunity to know your members while working together as a team to help improve the financial lives of our members. In addition, this position is our Credit Union ambassador by attaining a high degree of training to actively cross-sell Credit Union products and services.
This position provides centralized underwriting, loan decisions and service support to the front line staff and members by having an in-depth understanding of policies and procedures as well as applicable federal, state, and NCUA rules and regulations that affect the credit union.
This position is responsible for processing HELOC loan applications accurately, initial set-up of loan files, data entry and assist with processing 1st mortgage loan files as needed.
Mortgage Loan Officer
Responsible for the origination of real estate secured loans, conduct initial pre-qualification interviews and ensure compliance in all areas (applicable federal, state, and NCUA rules and regulations that affect the credit union). To be successful in this position requires excellent communication skills, a full understanding of required documentation, and the ability to develop good business relations with members and business professionals.
Under the direction of the Process Improvement and Training Manager, the Trainer, designs, develops and conducts training programs for new and current employees.
