The Branch Services Representative is an elite high member contact position assisting members by processing a wide variety of transactions using our brand new state-of-the-art software. This Branch Services position will assist members allowing you the opportunity to know your members while working together as a team to help improve the financial lives of our members. In addition, this position is our Credit Union ambassador by attaining a high degree of training to actively cross-sell Credit Union products and services.

Electronic Services Representative

The Electronic Services Representative department is seeking a service oriented individual to be responsible for multiple facets of the Credit Union’s day-to-day operations to fully service our members’ banking needs. This position performs back office functions and provides back office support for electronic services provided by the credit union. The department’s responsibilities include credit and debit cards, ACH and Check processing, IRAs, certificates, online banking including online account opening, deceased account processing, remote deposit capture, account maintenance, audits, and a variety of other back office functions.

The Loan Processor position entails completion of mortgage loan applications accurately, process all real estate loan transactions, set up initial loan files and data entry. Actively sells and cross-sells credit union products and services within the guidelines of the established production programs and furnishes accounts statuses. Able to work in a fast paced environment, especially where one must frequently convey detailed or important instruction accurately and quickly.

Senior Mortgage Underwriter

This Senior Mortgage Underwriter is responsible for reviewing, analyzing, approving, and underwriting difficult, complex individual consumer requests and products within company and industry guidelines. This position also assists with the solicitation, origination, processing, and closing of residential mortgages from application to loan closing to ensure compliance. May act as a team lead and provide performance feedback to less senior underwriters. May act as backup in absence of Supervisor.

This position assists the Information Technology Manager in overall planning, organizing, and execution of all security and system functions. This includes directing information security, building security/administration, systems and networking infrastructure, communication systems, disaster recovery, telephone systems, other software and hardware and office equipment and contract management. Assists in supervising and managing the workflow of IT projects to ensure quality and service availability. This position is also part of the team that is on 24x7x365 “on call” rotation.
