A Call Center Representative takes calls from members answering questions or addressing any concerns they may have. Their duties include handling many inbound and outbound calls to and from members, listening to members needs or issues and providing helpful solutions to their problems. The Electronic Services Representative department is seeking a service oriented individual to be responsible for multiple facets of the Credit Union’s day-to-day operations to fully service our members’ banking needs. This position performs back office functions and provides back office support for electronic services provided by the credit union. The department’s responsibilities include credit and debit cards, ACH and Check processing, IRAs, certificates, online banking including online account opening, deceased account processing, remote deposit capture, account maintenance, audits, and a variety of other back office functions.

This Senior Mortgage Underwriter is responsible for reviewing, analyzing, approving, and underwriting difficult, complex individual consumer requests and products within company and industry guidelines.
