Branch Services Representative (Teller)

The Branch Services Representative is an elite high member contact position assisting members by processing a wide variety of transactions using our brand new state-of-the-art software. This Branch Services position will assist members allowing you the opportunity to know your members while working together as a team to help improve the financial lives of our members. In addition, this position is our Credit Union ambassador by attaining a high degree of training to actively cross-sell Credit Union products and services.

Electronic Services Representative

This position is seeking a service oriented individual to be responsible for multiple facets of the Credit Union’s day-to-day operations. Such duties include handling electronic-based transactions including check and ACH processing, returned items, and deposit item research requests; servicing every aspect of our debit and credit card programs, to handling dispute and fraud cases; assisting members with escalated technical issues; and performing audits, wire transfers, etc. This position will assist members in establishing lifelong memberships at Hawai`i’s leading credit union by opening new accounts. This individual will also be extensively involved in supporting our state-of-the-art home banking application.

Internal Auditor

Responsible for planning and implementing the internal audit program including conducting audits and ongoing reviews of controls, operating procedures, and compliance with policies and regulations. The internal auditor will help coordinate the work of the regulators and the external auditors. Document and communicate audit findings and recommendations to Management that promote the Credit Union’s strategic objectives. This position will report to the Supervisory Committee and the CEO. A minimum of five years experience in accounting and/or finance, with a comprehensive knowledge of audit procedures, government regulations and financial institution operations. BA in Accounting or related field, CIA or CPA required.

Member Services Representative

The Member Services Representative position is a high profile member contact position servicing members and potential members through face-to-face and telephone interactions. You will be able to assist members allowing you the opportunity to work together as a team to help improve their financial lives by opening new accounts or processing loan applications. This position performs a wide variety of duties including, saving certificates, IRA’s, and consumer/business accounts. You will be an ambassador of Hawai`i’s leading credit union by attaining a high degree of service to actively cross-sell Credit Union products and services.

Trainer

Under the direction of the Process Improvement and Training Manager, the Trainer, designs, develops and conducts training programs for new and current employees. Training programs are developed to enrich awareness and enhance employee satisfaction and engagement. The Trainer would promote excellent member service through sales, demonstration of the technology, and products and services. Assists with department procedures and provide additional support as necessary.
