Call Center Representative

The UHFCU Call Center is located at the Main Office in Honolulu. The Call Center Representative uses state-of-the art software to establish new membership accounts and assist members using our cutting edge home banking application. You will be able to assist members, allowing you the opportunity to work together as a team, to help improve their financial lives by opening new accounts or accepting loan application inquiries. This Call Center position answers member inquiries on the telephone; conducts group presentations at UH and Community College campuses; handles complex transaction and inquiries while on campus as well as cross-sell various Credit Union products and services. In addition, directs members to appropriate staff when at the reception desk.

Branch Services Representative (Teller)

The Branch Services Representative is an elite high member contact position assisting members by processing a wide variety of transactions using our brand new state-of-the-art software. This Branch Services position will assist members allowing you the opportunity to know your members while working together as a team to help improve the financial lives of our members. In addition, this position is our Credit Union ambassador by attaining a high degree of training to actively cross-sell Credit Union products and services.

The Loan Processor position entails completion of mortgage loan applications accurately, process all real estate loan transactions, set up initial loan files and data entry. Actively sells and cross-sells credit union products and services within the guidelines of the established production programs and furnishes accounts statuses. Able to work in a fast paced environment, especially where one must frequently convey detailed or important instruction accurately and quickly.

Under the direction of the Process Improvement and Training Manager, the Trainer, designs, develops and conducts training programs for new and current employees. Training programs are developed to enrich awareness and enhance employee satisfaction and engagement. The Trainer would promote excellent member service through sales, demonstration of the technology, and products and services. Assists with department procedures and provide additional support as necessary.

The Member Services Representative position is a high profile member contact position servicing members and potential members through face-to-face and telephone interactions. You will be able to assist members allowing you the opportunity to work together as a team to help improve their financial lives by opening new accounts or processing loan applications. This position performs a wide variety of duties including, saving certificates, IRA’s, and consumer/business accounts.
