The Electronic Services department is seeking a service oriented individual to be responsible for multiple facets of the Credit Union’s day-to-day operations to fully service our members’ banking needs. This position performs back office functions and provides back office support for electronic services provided by the credit union. The department’s responsibilities include credit and debit cards, ACH and Check processing, IRAs, certificates, online banking including online account opening, deceased account processing, remote deposit capture, account maintenance, audits, and a variety of other back office functions.

This position provides high-level administrative support to the Vice President of Human Resources & Employee Development by conducting a wide variety of complex duties requiring a high degree of accuracy. This position assists the Information Technology Manager in overall planning, organizing, and execution of all security and system functions.
