How do I receive a Contactless Debit Card?
At this time, we are only able to offer contactless cards in-branch. Any debit-cards mailed to members as part of a normal reissuance process, lost/stolen, etc. will continue to be EMV-only. If you would like a contactless debit card, we would be happy to print you a replacement card at our McCully or Manoa Marketplace branch.
What should I do if I forgot my PIN number?
Please call us at (808) 983-5500 to speak with a Call Center Representative and they will assist you.
Can I change my PIN number?
Absolutely! Simply call 1-877-267-6941 and follow the prompts.
Who do I call if my Debit Card is lost or stolen?
To report your lost or stolen Debit Card, please call 1-800-528-2273 (812 647-9794 International).
Do I need to notify UHFCU when I am traveling?
Yes, it is helpful to notify the Credit Union when and where you plan to be traveling. Please call (808) 983-5500 or send a secure message through Online Banking.
What if I haven't received my Debit Card?
Our Debit cards usually take 7-10 business days to arrive at the destination. Therefore, if you have not received your card after 10 days, please report your card lost/stolen. For Debit Cards, please call 1-800-528-2273 (812-647-9794 International). Another card will be mailed to you.
- How do I receive a Contactless Debit Card?
*Some banks and ATM owners assess a usage fee called a surcharge. This is added to your withdrawal amount. The ATM will inform you of this before you complete your transaction. This is NOT a fee charged by the UHFCU, nor is it under UHFCU control.
