How can I prepare?
We recommend taking these important steps now to ease the transition process:
- Have your 2-6 digit Member Number ready to enroll. This is the number you received when you first joined UHFCU. It is not your Checking, Debit, or Credit Card number. You may request your member number by any of the following methods:
- Request by phone (808-983-5500).
- Request via secure message in Online/Mobile Banking.
- Stop by any UHFCU branch.
- Update your contact info. Ensure we have your current e-mail address and contact information on file (especially your MOBILE PHONE for text authentication). To enroll and log in to the new service, you’ll receive one-time passcodes via text message, phone call, or e-mail to the phone/e-mail we have on file.
Step 1 Click the menu icon (three lines)
Step 2 Next, click on My Profile
- Record your existing Online Banking alerts and account nicknames. New alerts (real-time) and nicknames can be set up on the new service (although the options may differ slightly from what you have today). Your existing statements, bill pay history/payees, scheduled transfers, and check images WILL be available with the new service.
