How do I find a shared branch location?

There are many ways to find the shared branch most convenient for you:

1. Visit coop.org to search or download locations to your GPS device.
2. Download the “Find Branch” app to your iPhone.
3. Call 1-888-SITE-COOP (1-888-748-3266).
4. Ask one of our employees.
5. Look for the CO-OP Shared Branch logo.

What do I need to bring with me?

Anywhere you see the CO-OP Shared Branch name and logo, you know you’re welcome to conveniently access your account just as you would at UHFCU. When you visit a participating shared branch location, just make sure you bring a few items:

1. Photo identification
2. Our name (University of Hawai`i Federal Credit Union)
3. Your account number

Will I be charged a fee to use this service?

Most Shared Branching transactions are free of charge; however, fees may apply depending on the location and nature of the transactions. Please inquire with the credit union at which you plan to use Shared Branching.
