The Branch Services Representative is an elite high member contact position assisting members by processing a wide variety of transactions using our brand new state-of-the-art software. This Branch Services position will assist members allowing you the opportunity to know your members while working together as a team to help improve the financial lives of our members. This position is seeking a service oriented individual to be responsible for multiple facets of the Credit Union’s day-to-day operations. Such duties include handling electronic-based transactions including check and ACH processing, returned items, and deposit item research requests; servicing every aspect of our debit and credit card programs, to handling dispute and fraud cases; assisting members with escalated technical issues; and performing audits, wire transfers, etc. This position will assist members in establishing lifelong memberships at Hawai`i’s leading credit union by opening new accounts.
