How do I start a balance transfer?
- Log-in to your credit card management website: eZCardinfo.com.
NOTE: If you have not registered your card, click “Enroll Now” to create your account. - Click “Account Services” at the top of the page
- Scroll down to Balance Transfer; Click “New Balance Transfer”
NOTE: If the options are greyed out, click “Click here to view” and agree to the eSign Agreement - Agree to the Balance Transfer Agreement. Click “I Agree”.
- Enter in the information for your credit card at the other financial institution. Click “Next”.
- Verify your information and click “Submit”
- Log-in to your credit card management website: eZCardinfo.com.

How do I register my credit card on eZCard?
- Visit eZCardinfo.com and click “Enroll Now”
- Enter your UHFCU Credit Card number and click “Begin Enrollment”
- Enter your Account Details including:
- Name
- Card Expiration Date
- Billing Zip Code
- Last 4 digits SSN or Tax ID
- Mother’s Maiden Name
- Birth Date
Click “Next”
- Choose your Username and Password. Click “Enroll Now”
- Complete Security Questions then click “Finish”
- Visit eZCardinfo.com and click “Enroll Now”

How do I start a balance transfer?
*APR = Annual Percentage Rate. Balance transfers must be made between January 1, 2025 and March 31, 2025. The promotional APR of 5.9% will remain through your statement ending October 2025. After that your rate will revert to the standard Retail/Purchase APR. We will begin charging interest on the transaction date. Your account must be in good standing and the financial institution reserves the right to return any item on accounts if your account is either in default, you have exceeded your credit limit, or if the item you wish us to pay would cause the outstanding balance in your account to exceed your credit limit. You will not be eligible for a grace period on new purchases as long as any promotional balance is outstanding. Rewards and/or rebates are not eligible with this offer. Payments made to your account will be applied per your card payment allocation previously disclosed in your account terms.
Balance Transfers are processed in accordance with your Credit Card Agreement and are subject to credit availability. If you request a balance transfer to be made, you should not rely on a balance transfer to be made by any particular date. Although most balance transfers will be made sooner, it could take up to four weeks before payment to your other account is made. Accordingly, you should continue to make all required payments to your other accounts until you confirm that the balance transfer has been made. Balance transfers may not exceed your available credit. If you transfer a balance that contains a dispute with a creditor, you may lose certain dispute rights. When you transfer a balance using this form, the amount transferred will be treated as Cash. Please refer to your Credit Card Agreement to determine your Cash Advance Annual Percentage Rate. Any balance transfer processed online will post at the standard balance transfer rate. Balance transfers at promotional rates cannot be processed online.
