Position Description

As a Senior Call Center Representative, you are responsible for helping members with inquiries, ranging from account balance to fraud and loan questions. Able to handle service complaints coordinating inter-departmental investigations when required and communicating with the member as required. The candidate should have at least 2 years in a leadership role at a supervisory level. The role also supports the implementation of changes to the department due to business initiatives, system enhancements, and process improvements by assisting in training and developing staff. This position may conduct group presentations at UH and Community College campuses; handle complex financial transactions and inquiries while on campus as well as cross-sell various Credit Union products and services.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 1 to 2 years customer service experience
  • 2 years supervisory experience
  • Experience in public speaking or group settings
  • Valid driver’s license and vehicle to travel may be required
