Position Description
The Credit Representative identifies and works with members who have defaulted loans, unsettled payments, and/or negative share account balances to coordinate repayment schedules and return items. To minimize the amount of loan delinquency and outstanding debts, the Credit Representative is well-informed on current collection laws and makes regular contact and generates follow up for recourse of funds.
